Simple Vanilla Banana Ice Cream

I'm into ice cream. A lot. It was one of the last things I "gave up" before going vegan. But lets be real, the only thing I was giving up was things that aren't supposed to go into my body! I'm not a baby calf so why did I think I needed calfs milk? Well because the dairy industry has conditioned society to think that it's a good source of calcium, which is false, and now that I know that everything is happy. It's all good now and I have fell in love with a whole new (and better) world of ice creams. Cashew, coconut, soy, banana, etc. Especially banana ice cream. Ohhh man that stuff is amazing .

I eat it daily. No kidding. It's a life changer in all ways positive and I am in love. You can whip this up so fast with a high speed blender or food processor and clean up is a breeze. That's my favorite kind of meal! It's something that you'll never get tired of either because you can make it in so many various ways and top it with literally anything! It's fun, tasty, and refreshing! Mmm.

Vanilla Banana Ice Cream

serves 1-2

5 frozen bananas
1/2 cup coconut water
1 drop vanilla

Blend together all ingredients in your blender or food processor until smooth. Remove from blender into a bowl. Top with your favorite fruity and superfood toppings. I used kiwi, passion fruit, blueberries, goji berries, and coconut sugar. Serve, enjoy!
