Radiance Plate

Hello beautiful people. A meal like this is a rare thing for me so I figured that I'd share to give you some inspiration and motivation to create one of your own.

For the past few months I've been eating a majority of my food raw. Lots of juices, smoothies, zucchini noodles, fresh fruits, veggies, etc. and I love it a ton. But it's the middle of February which means freezing temperatures and lots of (too much) snow; so today I was craving something warm, hearty, and energizing.

I just searched my kitchen, cooked up a few things that caught my eye, and combined them together on a big plate.

That's how this radiance bowl happened. If you don't like something I used, then what are you thinking?! Kidding, kidding. But really, if you don't like something I used then you can just replace it with something you do like! You can make this with any of your favorites or with whatever you have in your kitchen. Freedom in the kitchen is a beautiful thing my friends!
