If I could I would be in a relationship with banana ice cream. I. Am. Obsessed. I have it almost every single day and on the days that I don't have it I feel like a piece of me is missing. Not really, but you get the point. It's a big deal. It's a delicious deal. I love how versatile it is. You can make countless combinations and they will all be drastically different than the last. You'll never get tired of it. Well at least I don't.

Today I'm sharing a recipe that rocks my socks. Maca powder is something that I feel like I don't use enough of. It's packed full of awesome nutritional benefits such as vitamin B, C, and E. It also has calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and amino acids. It's so easy to just toss a bit into a smoothie or, in this case, banana ice cream. Oh yeah, let's get blending.
