St. Patrick's Day isn't really one of my favorite holiday's to celebrate. In fact, the only way that I'll celebrate is by eating lots of greens (salads) and drinking even more greens (smoothies). No complaining here! It's also not much different than a typical day in my life. But that's totally great because I love living on fresh plants. Every day is a celebration when you eat them in abundance!
In these ice cream bars you won't find any funky artificial colors or ingredients. There's actually only 6 ingredients here! I also find that so amazing. Six simple foods provided by the Earth are combined to create such vibrant and delicious ice cream bars. Awesome, right!? Don't talk that for granted, my friends. Take the time to appreciate your foods and you will reap the benefits from doing so. Let's get to this recipe so that you can get to your kitchen and create something great!
